Data we collect

Account data (email, name, password hash), transaction data (orders, invoice info), and usage records (run counts, one-way hashed IP). Passwords are stored as PBKDF2 hashes and cannot be recovered.

How we use it

To provide the service, bill and invoice, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or serve third-party ads.

Processors

Payments and e-invoices are processed by ECPay; email delivery by [TO FILL: SMTP provider]. Each processor receives only what its function requires.

Retention

Account data is kept up to 30 days after deletion; transaction records are retained per Taiwan tax law [TO FILL: years, typically 5：7; confirm with accountant].
